Shipping & Returns

Thank you for shopping independently at Snocker.Shop . We really appreciate your love of design and support for our small business. Once an order is placed and payment received Snocker.Shop will pack your piece of furniture or homeware item here in our studio in Portugal. Each item is carefully wrapped, sealed and addressed with minimal plastic packaging. 

Packages are generally dispatched the next business day after receipt of payment and are shipped via our trusted neighbour and partner Mailboxes Etc. here in Porto. Delivery to different zones have different delivery times and Switzerland* and the UK** also have additional costs and time delay for customs and duties. 


Shipping time within Europe and the United Kingdom

Delivery time will be between 4-8 days, plus additional time if you live in Switzerland* or the UK** - these times are only an estimate, but indicative. The delivery time is based upon business days and does not include weekends or holidays.

Costs are highlighted in your shopping cart based on the volumetric weight of the selected product and delivery Zone.

  • Zone A : Portugal (Continental and Islands) 23% VAT has already been included  

  • Zone B: Spain (Peninsula)

  • Zone C: Germany / Austria / Belgium / France / Netherlands / Italy / Luxembourg

  • Zone D: Denmark / Sweden / Norway 

  • Zone E: Finland / Greece

  • Zone F: Switzerland (Express)* Delivery to Switzerland - the costs quoted are for express shipping but do not include Swiss customs, duties and clearance fees or the time to complete this extra administration. 

  • Zone G: Slovenia / Hungary / Poland / Czech Republic / Slovakia

  • Zone H: Bulgaria / Estonia / Latvia / Lithuania / Romania

  • Zone I: United Kingdom** Delivery to the United Kingdom (UK) - the costs quoted are for standard shipping and do not include UK customs, duties and clearance fees or the time to complete this extra administration. 


Information required for shipping with the EU: full name, address and a contact telephone number. If you prefer a different delivery method please contact us directly before placing your order.


If you live outside of the EU: please contact us directly to purchase one of our products. We will happily discuss shipping options and provide you with specific shipping rates for your location. 

Wholesale and Trade

We will happily discuss wholesale and trade enquiries and have extensive experience working in volume. Please contact us directly if you have a retail outlet or trade project.

Delivery and Insurance

Our couriers will contact you ahead of delivery and 3 delivery attempts will be made before your shipment is returned to your local Mailbox Etc. collection point for your collection.

All our prices include insurance.

We take great care of packing your order, and while selecting good shippers, we have no control over the package once it leaves our studio. If you receive a damaged package please note that for our insurance to be valid we require 3-4 clear images of the packaging damage and contents, along with receipt of delivery. 

Snocker.Shop takes no responsibility for any orders that are destroyed, damaged or stolen as a result of the mode of delivery. If a package arrives damaged, do not accept it from the shipping company. If you do, however, take pictures (these must be clear, focused and well lit) and send them to us as soon as possible. Most shipping companies consider the acceptance of a package as an 'OK' on your end. So if there is damage and you accept the delivery, they might relieve themselves of their responsibility.

Also, if a shipment is undeliverable either because the address is incorrect, there is nobody present to accept the order when delivered, an entrance code is necessary and not provided or because the driver is unable to locate the address, the package will be returned to the nearest distribution center and held until further direction is given. Snocker.Shop can not be held responsible in such instances.

It is your responsibility to contact Snocker.Shop when the delivery has not been made in a feasible time frame. When the package comes back to Snocker.Shop due to any of the reasons above, Snocker.Shop will not be responsible for the costs for re-shipping the order.

 

Backorders/Out of stock items

Backorders (out of stock items) do occasionally happen. We try to communicate the availability on the product page, so you can make an informed decision and purchase. You will hear from us if anything from your order is unexpectedly out of stock (this excludes products that have the information of being pre-orders or backorders). We will let you know when the item is expected and whether there are any substitutions that we can recommend. 

You will always have the following options for backorders:

  1. You can cancel the backordered item from the order (unless it is a customised product or ordered in especially for you). We will refund you for the item, and ship the rest of the order.

  2. Wait for the backordered item to come in stock, and have the complete order shipped then.

  3. Have all in-stock items on the order ship immediately, and have the backordered item ship when it is back in stock. Although you’ll be responsible for the additional shipping costs for multiple/additional shipments.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Please contact us directly with any questions before you place your order.

Returns

Please contact us directly within 14 days of the receipt of the item for a return. You can only return an unused item in its original condition with original undamaged packaging .

Contact us before returning an item and do not go ahead with shipping without letting us know. You are responsible for the shipping to get the product back to us should you want a return for any reason that is not faulty.

We will refund you within 30 days of the returned item's arrival. All refunds happen through the means of your original payment, and please note that shipping fees will not be refunded.

 

Shipping, returns and exchange outside of Europe

We ship outside of Europe, however currently our website can not calculate the shipping cost to these destinations, so we have to do that manually. Please feel free to contact us directly with the item(s) you are interested in, along with your full name, shipping address and phone number and we will make a quote/estimate. That way you know what the delivery cost will be before confirming your order.

Note that some countries charge the receiver customs and duties fees and/or taxes. Snocker.Shop is not responsible for any of those fees.

All our prices are listed in Euros. The total will be charged in your currency after the sale is complete and depends on the currency exchange rate of that day with your financial institution. 

As within Europe you can always return an undamaged item wherever you are. However, you are responsible for the shipping costs and insurance to get the product back to us. Please get in touch if you are wanting to return your purchase from us.
